I was gifted a copy of this book and I really enjoyed it. The story has a mystery with plenty of suspects, quirky characters and twist and turns that keep the reader engaged. I love the relationship between Penelope and Grandma Joyce and watching Sheriff Caleb develop a grudgingly admiration for the amateur sleuth is appreciated. If you are a cozy mystery reader, I encourage you to give this story a try.
