This is the first book I’ve read from this series and I must say that I was hooked from page one. Not only was the plot compelling, but the author’s use of imagery made me feel as if I were there at the Autumn Festival. Her knowledge of the Japanese culture is apparent and she weaves Japanese vocabulary seamlessly throughout the story. I really enjoyed this book and confidently recommend this to others.
